Legal Fees
Legal fees vary depending on the complexity of each case. We prefer to work on a flat fee basis, as we have found that this is most beneficial for our clients. After the conclusion of our initial consultation, we will provide you with an estimate of the rate for your desired legal services.
Filing Fees
In addition to legal fees, each client is responsible for paying filing fees. Filing fees are paid directly to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or to the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Filing fees may be paid with personal check or money order and must be submitted with your application.
Please note that some clients may qualify for a “fee waiver” or “fee exemption.” If you qualify, our office can assist you with the fee waiver application process at no additional cost.
For specific filing fee pricings, please visit the USCIS website.
