Melanie was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She is currently going to school to become a paralegal at North West Technical College.

With her upbringing and family background, it has played a role into shaping who she is. Melanie was brought up with upstanding values with the importance of supporting others in the community. Because of her experiences with her family and diverse community, she found a passion helping others navigate the complex immigration systems.

In her free time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, hiking, and travelling.
