Our office plans on re-opening for in-person visits in mid- to late-June
We have made a number of changes to our office and its policies in order serve you without putting you or your family in harm’s way.
Foremost, we encourage clients to continue to take advantage of our remote services. For years, Soberalski Law has been successfully serving clients all over the world via email, phone, and video chat.
However, if you prefer to come to our office in person, you will notice a few small changes.
Appointment Required: So that we can limit the number of clients in the space at one time, we ask that you kindly schedule your visit with us ahead of time. On the day of your appointment, when you arrive at the office you will be asked to ring our doorbell, where you will be greeted by our front desk staff and we will buzz you in. We also ask that only the main parties of the case come to the office and that all other family members or guests remain outside the office during the visit, for everybody’s safety.
Face Masks: At no charge, clients will be provided with comfortable, disposable masks that we ask you to wear while in the office. Staff will also wear masks for your safety. For your additional convenience, we will also provide gloves to clients free of charge, though use of them is optional.
Hand Sanitizer: Each room will have hand sanitizer available and we have small bottles you can take home with you. We ask that upon entering our space that you kindly sanitize your hands.
Sneeze & Cough Guards: Our reception area and each office where clients will meet with staff now have subtle protective, clear barriers separating staff from clients. Again, this is for everybody’s safety, staff and clients alike, and will in no way impact our attention to your case needs.
Highest Standard of Cleaning: The office space will be physically cleaned and sanitized regularly with hospital grade cleaning products. Additionally, each room in the office is now equipped with a UV lamp that will run at night. These lamps are FDA approved for eliminating viruses and germs on all surfaces. Each room will also contain an FDA approved air filtration device that will run continuously. These devices have been proven to help reduce risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
Rescheduling: As we always have for clients with any unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule appointments whenever necessary. In this spirit, we ask that if you are feeling under the weather on the day of your appointment, you please let us know and we can reschedule you for the next available and appropriate date. Again, we are also fully equipped for email, phone, and video chat consultations as well.
A Final Note: We know that immigrants are the heart of this country. They work hard, put family first, and recognize there is strength in community. We are taking these precautions in solidarity with you, to keep you, your family, and our community safe. We know you will join us in these efforts.
